After registering on the platform via email, you can now start using the most powerful and easy-to-use AI. With the built-in AI Data Analyst (Alice), you can interact directly with her through conversation to instantly assist with any data-related tasks— such as fetch information from any data sources, generating SQL/charts/data tables, creating analytics reports, building business stories with your data, or automating data analysis and monitoring.
Just follow these simple steps to explore your data:
1. Connect to Your Data
We currently support the following data sources:
If your data is already stored in a database, please refer to this page for step-by-step instructions on how to connect it to the platform.
You can upload your file, and the data will be securely stored in the platform’s database. This not only backs up your data but also allows you to analyze it in a more systematic and scalable way.
Send Data via API
If your data is not stored in a database or file, you can send it to the platform via API for storage and later analysis. This is ideal for streaming data such as IoT data or application event data.
For the data format using on API, please go to the "Data Format" page under the "Data" section to learn about the required format and setup process. Once configured, you can start transmitting data to the platform via API.
After setting up the data source, the platform will automatically generate corresponding APIs (REST and MQTT). You can learn more by visiting the REST API documentation or MQTT API documentation under the "Data" section.
By doing so, data will be saved and managed securely on the platform. You can also ask AI to analyze your data.
2. Create You Dashboard
You can ask the AI Data Analyst to generate charts and pin them to your dashboard.
If you'd like to monitor your data (such as API-transmitted data) , you can also ask AI to do it. Please check Automation page.
3. Explore Data with AI
If you’ve successfully connected your database in Step 1 , you can go to the AI Analyst page (may require a paid plan) to start a conversation with the AI. It can help you explore your data, generate charts, provide insights, and create reports.
